1 aubergine (eggplant)

2 tsp salt
2 tsp dried basil
1 tsp garlic powder

1/3 cup tahini
Leaves and tender stems from 1 bunch parsley
2 tbsp mustard
2 tbsp maple syrup
1/3 cup water
Juice of 2 lemons
Pinch of salt
Fresh ground pepper
