1 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 tsp cinnamon
2 tbsp honey
3 tbsp granulated sweetener (or sugar)
1 banana
1 cup ground almonds
1/4 cup cocoa
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp baking powder
¼ cup chocolate chips

Directions
- Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F). Line a muffin tin with paper liners.
- In a blender, combine the eggs, soy milk (or your choice of milk), peanut butter, melted coconut oil, vanilla extract, cinnamon, maple syrup, granulated sweetener (or sugar), and banana. Blend until the mixture is smooth and well combined.
