Absolutely! You can customize the bread by adding chopped nuts like walnuts or pecans, or dried fruits like raisins or cranberries, for added texture and flavor. Fold them into the batter along with the chocolate chips.
How should I store the oat banana bread?
Once cooled, store the oat banana bread in an airtight container or wrap it tightly in plastic wrap. It can be kept at room temperature for up to 2-3 days, or refrigerated for longer freshness.

Quick oats can be used as a substitute for regular oats in this recipe. However, the texture of the bread may be slightly different, as quick oats are more finely ground. Adjust the amount of liquid accordingly if needed.
