  • 100g whipped cream

  • 100g mascarpone

  • 2 tbsp sweetener (or sugar)

  • To serve:
  • 6 sponge fingers

  • 1/2 cup espresso coffee

  • 1 pinch of cocoa

Directions

  • Prepare the Mascarpone Cream: In a bowl, combine 100g of whipped cream, 100g of mascarpone, and 2 tablespoons of sugar (or sweetener). Mix until well combined and smooth using a spatula.
  • Assemble the Coffee Misu:
  • In a mug, place a layer of sponge fingers.
  • Spoon a generous tablespoon of the mascarpone cream over the sponge fingers.
  • Add another layer of sponge fingers followed by another layer of mascarpone cream.
  • Add the Espresso: Slowly pour 1/4 cup of freshly brewed espresso coffee over the layers in the mug, ensuring it soaks through the sponge fingers.
